      What size should I order?

      All products listed on our website have a size chart associated with it. Please contact us if the size chart is unclear or missing.

      How do I know my order went through?

      After placing your order, you will be directed to a page verifying your order has been placed. You will also receive an email with your confirmation number.


      Where do you ship from?

      Shipping rates vary based on the ship to location and weights of items being shipped. Shipping rates are displayed during checkout.


      When will I receive my order?

      Generally all orders ship within 10 business days. Once we have completed and shipped your order, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.


      What happens if my package is lost in shipping?

      All items purchased from the Herbalife store are made pursuant to a shipment contract, meaning that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We recommend reaching out to your shipping carrier for resolution.


      Why does the color of my item(s) colors look slightly different than on the website?

      Due to variations of color settings and qualities of phones, tablets and computer screens, colors will appear differently for everyone. The colors in photos and named descriptors (e.g. "Black", “Royal Blue", "Neon", etc) are subjective, approximate, and may vary. Color dyes within an item may vary due to different fabric contents. Colors may vary among different production lots of the same item. Different products with the same color name may not match in color.


      Can I change or cancel my order?

      All items are custom made to order and immediately go into production after your order is placed, so we are unable to cancel or make any changes once you have placed your order. It is very important to review your order before you check out, looking closely at spelling, colors and sizing as a final step. We do not accept any responsibility for the personalization attributes you select for our custom products.


      Can I return or exchange my order?

      All items are made to order and we are unable to provide exchanges or returns.
